She previously served as Benefits Manager at RBA and spent seven years at bswift in progressive roles including Implementation Manager and HRIS Manager, where she specialized in benefits technology and enrollment solutions. Nikki holds a BBA in Management and Human Resources from Davenport University and is known for her relationship-centered approach to benefits consulting, helping organizations navigate complex benefits decisions while building long-term partnerships with clients.
